We are pleased to offer you a comprehensive overview of our testing capabilities. With the expansion of our testing facilities in the hydraulic field, we have increased our testing capacities and would now like to present our current product portfolio to you.  

 


Hydraulic burst tests are a crucial part of certification in container production.

Our burst chamber bunker with dimensions of 10m x 4m enables us to burst containers with a length of up to 7m and a diameter of 1.2m and a pressure of up to 2,400 bar with water.
Burst tests on type 3&4 liners are also possible here.


We can also carry out pressure tests with expansion and weight measurements in our test chambers. Tests on tanks with a water volume of up to 800 liters and continuous measurement of all metrics during the test can be performed at this location.


Our 6 test chambers for hydraulic load cycles at ambient temperature with three independent pressure generators offer a maximum pressure of 1050 bar. It is possible to test containers up to 4 meters in length and ~0.7 meters in diameter. This allows us to offer 3 separate pressure levels simultaneously.


In addition to the burst chamber, we have two test chambers with reduced dimensions for testing “risk vessels” after mechanical damage or load cycle testing in early stages of development. Containers with a length of up to 6 meters and a diameter of 1.2 meters and a pressure of up to 1000 bar can be tested with water at ambient temperature. These punches are suitable for tests such as load changes, pressure tests with expansion measurements, especially for containers undergoing initial pressurization.  


Our fully air-conditioned climatic chamber (dimensions 5m length and 2m diameter) from -42°C to +90°C and a relative humidity of up to ~97%, is designed to perform extreme temperature and load cycle tests on containers up to 900 bar with a displaceable volume of 45 liters. Antifrogen KF is used here as the pressure carrier medium for cold temperatures.
 

The new high temperature storage chamber (dimensions 5 meters in length and 2 meters in diameter) is suitable for static temperature overlay tests up to 2,500 hours at +20 to +90°C and a relative humidity of ~97% up to 1050 bar. Tests of this type can be carried out on several containers simultaneously under the same pressure and ambient requirements.
